Landowner Questions
Yes. The first step is a conversation about your property, goals, plans, utilities, access, and known site conditions so we can identify the next practical step.
No. You can contact us while you are still planning. If you already have a survey, drawings, inspiration photos, or preliminary plans, include them so we can better understand the project.
The total depends on the home design, finishes, land preparation, drainage, utility connections, access, permitting requirements, and other site-specific work. A site and project review gives a more useful starting point than a single price-per-square-foot number.
The schedule depends on design readiness, permitting, site work, home size, selections, material availability, and weather. R Power will discuss a project-specific schedule after the scope is defined.
The closeout includes a final walkthrough, review of outstanding items, and the project-specific warranty or service terms included in your contract.
